1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Borusenzio website and its social-casino games (the "Service"), operated from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By entering the lounge and confirming you are 18 or older, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. A free, fun-only service
Borusenzio is a free social-casino experience offered for entertainment purposes only. It is not gambling and involves no real-money wagering of any kind. You cannot deposit money, bet money, or take part in any real-money activity through the Service.
Nothing on this site offers, implies, or provides an opportunity to obtain real money or anything of monetary value. Practice or success in our social games does not imply future success at any form of real-money gambling.

- are not your property and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred;
- cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for real money or prizes of any kind;
- may be adjusted, reset, or removed at any time as part of normal operation of the games.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the site; attempt to gain unauthorised access; reverse-engineer or tamper with the games; or use the Service in any way that could harm Borusenzio or other guests.
6. Intellectual property
The Borusenzio name, layout, text, and original artwork are owned by us or our licensors. Game names and game artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.
7. Third-party games
Games may be loaded from third-party providers within an embedded frame. Those providers may have their own terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or availability of third-party game services. Where a game link is not yet configured, a placeholder is shown instead.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Canada, Borusenzio excludes all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. As no real money is involved, you cannot suffer any financial gambling loss through Borusenzio.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
